How to cook artichoke with olive oil?
Chop the onion and fry it in a pot with olive oil. When the onions start to turn pink, remove the artichokes from the water and add them to the pot along with the onions. They are mixed together and cooked until the artichoke turns yellow. Then we add hot water, half lemon juice and salt to the pot. Cover the pot and let it boil. It is cooked for about half an hour on high heat and then low heat. If one of the artichoke leaves remains in your hand when you pull it, your food is cooked. Finally, it is served with finely chopped dill.
